When using Clarifio, you agree to:

• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our AI analysis tools
• Not submit feedback containing personally identifiable information about third parties without their consent
• Not use automated tools to access or scrape our services

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and AI models on Clarifio are owned by Clarifio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Feedback text you submit remains your property. By using the Decoder tool, you grant us a limited licence to process your text for the purpose of providing the analysis service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Clarifio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The AI analysis will be 100% accurate or complete
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Following our recommendations will guarantee improved grades or outcomes

Our analysis is intended as a supplementary learning aid and should not replace direct communication with your lecturers, supervisors, or academic advisors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarifio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to academic outcomes, professional assessments, or career decisions made based on our analysis.

7. Waitlist Terms

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the full platform upon launch. Waitlist position may be determined by sign-up date, referral activity, or other factors at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify waitlist terms at any time.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Clarifio at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
